The bill (Reg. No. 2543) amends the Laws "On Election and Dismissal of Professional Judges by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", "On Judicial System of Ukraine" and "On the High Council of Justice", alleviating the procedure of dismissing a professional judge on the grounds envisaged by items 1 - 9 of part 5 of clause 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine. The bill also amends part 2 of clause 404 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine.
